Het Centraal Station is binnen 10 minuten fietsen te bereiken en een bushalte staat bijna voor de deur. Parkeermogelijkheden zijn aanwezig, maar hiervoor dien je een parkeervergunning aan te vragen bij Gemeente Breda. Hogescholen zijn binnen 15 minuten fietsen bereikbaar.

De oppervlakte van de studio is circa 26 m². De studio heeft een eigen badkamer en WC. Keuken deel je met 5 medebewoners. Daarnaast deel je samen een dakterras van circa 40m2.

De studio is bestemd voor maximaal 1 student (ook PhD). Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.

De huurprijs bedraagt € 1100,- inclusief G/W/L en servicekosten per maand. Verhuurperiode: bepaalde tijd van max. 12 maanden. De waarborgsom bedraagt tweemaal de huurprijs.

We have a well maintained studio for rent at Halstraat in Breda. Halstraat is a pleasant shopping street. When you follow the street, you are in the center of Breda within a few minutes. A cosy, but bustling historic city.

The Central Station can be reached within 10 minutes by bike and a bus stop is almost in front of the door. Parking options are available, but you must apply for a parking permit from the Municipality of Breda. Universities of applied sciences can be reached within 15 minutes by bike.

The surface of the studio is approximately 26 m². The studio has its own bathroom and toilet and the kitchen is shared with 5 other roommates. In addition, together you share a roof terrace of approximately 40m2.
